We got Max on July 26th. He’s a 4 yr old, 62 lb Boxer/Hound mix. His first mommy had been sick since October and been in and out of the hospital and realized it was time to find Max a new home. She and I both cried as she said goodbye – I can only imagine how difficult it was for her, but I’m grateful we can give her a measure of peace by welcoming this precious new addition to our household. He is a very good boy! 🙂
